Kharghar was planned by CIDCO, so it runs on sectors. Tell us your sector and society and we can work out the rest. There are hardly any chawls or slum pockets here. Most homes are flats in societies, and the shops and restaurants sit around Shilp Chowk, Sector 4, Sector 12 and Utsav Chowk.
